All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor cancellations/refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If there are any issues with an item(s), you must complete and submit our return form below within 48 hours of receiving your package(s).  Once the form is received, a Shop Wtoo42 team member will contact you directly with follow up steps.
Shop Wtoo42 has the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that it determines does not meet its requirements. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Sale items, swimwear/bodysuits, white items, and accessories can not be exchanged.
